Change Recruitment Group continues to transform its management team in a bid to adapt its offering to the ever evolving market announcing two significant hires, and a series of internal promotions.
Steven Frost has joined as Associate Director of Supply Chain, Procurement & Operations Based in Edinburgh, Steven brings a wealth of experience to Change having spent the last 6 years building and leading very successful teams within the Engineering and Procurement sectors in Australia. With a strong track record in delivering mid/senior level technical appointments, Steven will be taking a hands on approach, building two new divisions to focus on Manufacturing, Technical & Operations and Supply Chain & Procurement.
Lynn Fairservice has joined as Associate Director in the Business Services Division Having successfully run a number of large recruitment divisions across a range of sectors and geographies, Lynn brings great depth and breadth of experience to the Change team and will be responsible for the future growth and development of Change Recruitment Groups’ Business Services teams across Glasgow and Edinburgh. Lynn has recently been instrumental in setting up S1 Select and also played a significant role in the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games team.
Scott Taylor - promoted to Associate Director in the Accountancy & Finance Division Scott has been with Change since 2007 and over the years has demonstrated he is an outstanding recruiter, a great recruitment leader and divisional manager; his progression and promotion to Associate Director of the UK Accountancy & Finance Division has been well-earned. Having helped built arguably one of the best accountancy & finance recruitment teams in the country, he anticipates business growth by rigorously specialising the agency’s offering, targeting clients more efficiently and taking a more adept approach to the marketing of their candidates.
Steven Fairlie - promoted to Managing Consultant in the Investment and Risk Team Steven joined Change a little over two years ago and has since shown a great desire to lead and truly believes in the team he works with. As one of the groups top performing consultants Steven has become referential in his market and with his promotion to Managing Consultant he can begin to impart his knowledge to the wider team to better assist our clients and candidates.
