In tandem with a restructure of the senior tier of its business, Glasgow and Edinburgh-based Change Recruitment Group has undertaken a complete review of its creative strategy, making three key external appointments:

 

The Marketing Consultancy

Strategic Marketer, Elena Wilson of TMC, has been appointed as Interim Head of Marketing, taking on the responsibility of shaping Change Recruitment Groups  strategic approach to marketing. Specialising in second stage entrepreneurship and businesses experiencing seismic growth, Elena has been responsible for evolving and delivering scalable marketing and digital strategies for several market leading Scottish based brands. At Change Elena will be responsible for the full  strategic and digital marketing overhaul.
 

Giant Peach

Creative digital agency Giant Peach has been appointed to deliver a comprehensive brand review, and develop a focused new website with improved use
r experience and CRM integration. Giant Peach’s ongoing content and digital strategy will reflect and highlight Change Recruitment Group’s
brand values, positioning the firm as the recruitment brand of choice. The agency is based in London and Wiltshire and headed by James Read.
 

Clark Communications

Edinburgh-based Clark Communications, headed by, Lesley Brydon, has been appointed to focus on raising the profile of the Change Recruitment Group business across key vertical sectors and the business media. Lesley is a seasoned professional services and corporate consultant with over 11 years as VP of Weber Shandwick and is the Chairman of PRCA Scotland.
 
Change recently announced a radical overhaul of its senior team, positioning the business for growth across a number of markets. Headcount is expected
to grow by a further 20-25% over the coming year.
