Change Recruitment, part of the Taranata Group, is one of Scotland’s leading professional staff providers within the Global Accountancy market. Due to recent success and development into new locations, along with evolving partnerships with multi-national clients, we have a demand for a French-speaking recruiter to join our team.
As an International Recruiter you will design detailed recruitment strategies that help to develop candidate pipelines that meet the needs of our Western European partners. You will play an important role in the development of our Western European market sector, focused on roles in the financial sector in France, Luxembourg, Switzerland & Belgium.
One of the most important aspects of this role is to deliver a world class service throughout the entire recruitment process. You will consult with your team to develop campaigns and innovative search strategies to attract international talent. You will have the ability to bring new ideas and to engage with a variety of talent acquisition projects, using different sourcing tools and techniques such as headhunting, advertising and gaining recommendations.
In addition, your role will involve interviewing candidates, developing new business with clients and creating long term relationships, which can be challenging given the logistics. We are looking for a determined, tenacious and resilient individual who is competitive by nature.
The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment or sales. It is essential to be fluent in both French and English, ideally verbal and written. You should have the motivation to build a long term and rewarding career in recruitment, be a team player and enjoy working to targets and deadlines.
You will be an effective communicator, both over the telephone and in writing, and also be to demonstrate excellent customer care, organisational skills and initiative. International experience is an advantage, although not essential.
