About Johanne
I joined Change Recruitment in 2016 as a ‘rookie’ and I am now an experienced Senior Consultant who specialises in Public Practice recruitment across Scotland. I work with a varied client base ranging from independent accountancy practices through to Big 4 CA firms across Audit, Accounting and Advisory from Senior through to Partner level.
Why do you love what you do?
I love what I do as I get to meet people in person and via videocall every day. I enjoy working with individuals to offer impartial advice on the Scottish Practice market and I am dedicated to helping those achieve their short and long-term career goals.
