The Opportunity
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving organisational performance, supporting transformation initiatives, and building an engaging, high-performing culture.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and delivering strategic people plans aligned to business growth and transformation objectives
- Driving Organisation Design and Strategic Workforce Planning initiatives to optimise capability and performance
- Developing robust succession plans and talent pipelines to support future growth
- Partnering with senior leaders across the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, development, engagement, reward, and retention
- Providing commercially focused HR guidance and challenge to leadership teams
- Supporting the development of an inclusive, people-first culture where individuals and teams can thrive
- Using people insights and data to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement
