We sat down with Pauline Sweeney to learn more about her extensive background in sales support and what she enjoys doing in her free time. Pauline joins our Glasgow office as a Sales Support Associate. 

Hometown:  Airdrie

Best thing about your hometown: The road out (joking!!!)

Superpower: I’d love to be able to teleport.

Where were you before joining Change? 

I was working for a contractor in the construction industry.

How long have you worked in sales? 

Since leaving school, I’ve always worked in sales environments.

What’s your favourite part about sales support? 

I love working as part of a team to achieve the same end goal.

What initially attracted you to the position at Change?

I have over a decade of experience in the recruitment industry, so I was keen to hear more, I met with Catrina Short to register, and here we are!

What are you most looking forward to?  

My nephew being born in the New Year. 

Where do you see your career in 5 years? 

I don’t have a specific role in mind, but I would like to be in a place where I can make a difference.

Favourite holiday? 

Las Americas in Tenerife (my happy place)

Most famous person ever met?

I suppose I should say my husband Paul, as he was on a game show this year.
