Where are you from and what’s the best thing about your hometown?

I’m from Uddingston, and it has some amazing pubs and restaurants. I’m a bit of a social butterfly.

Do you have a superpower?

I can talk for Scotland.

Where were you before joining Change?

I was at a small IT company. It was a change from recruitment, but ultimately, I missed the client and candidate interaction.

How long have you worked in Business Services?

I’ve worked in Business Services for 13 years now.

What’s your favourite part about the Business Services market?

I like the variety of candidates and clients. Every day is completely different as most businesses require back-office staff or front of house receptionists.

What initially attracted you to the position at Change?

I’ve worked with many of the Directors and Consultants before and they all say great things, exciting times ahead.

What are you most looking forward to?

I’m looking forward to building on the already successful Business Services division and working with some great candidates and clients. I also look forward to really understanding each organisation’s needs and finding them the best talent in the market.

Where do you see your career in 5 years?

I already get to work with some of the industry’s best and brightest. So, I know we’re going to do great things.

As far as my own self-development, the opportunities are endless for me at Change. I want to be the best in the business within a great team.

Favourite holiday?

Florida with my daughter, it’s even more magical when you are watching it through your child’s eyes.

Most famous person ever met?

Walter Smith – I’ve met him a few times lovely man!

Seen any good movies or read any good books lately?

I recently watched the new Lion King and loved it – it looks very real and Beyonce is an idol of mine!
