Following on from the recent restructure of its senior tier, and a statement of intent with regards to assertive growth over 2015/16, Change Recruitment Group has unveiled a second wave of top level moves and appointments, encompassing promotions from within and two seasoned hires.

Brian Burnett has been promoted, from Financial Controller to Head of Finance.

With eight years at Change, and 15 in the recruitment sector, Brain iswell placed to drive Change Recruitment Group’s commercial and financial focus under the revised senior management structure.

Dean Durrant has been promoted, from Senior Consultant to Principal Consultant.

Dean has been a high performing consultant within Change Recruitment Group for a number of years, playing a key role in the organisation’s success with high profile corporate clients and senior candidates.

Lynne Strang has been appointed as Managing Consultant

Following 14 years with a global recruitment brand in a standalone role managing their Pharmaceutical and business support specialisms in Scotland and
the North East. Lynne is a highly motivated and experienced recruiter who will manage and develop the existing Business Support team in Glasgow supportin
g key accounts and challenging new business.

Clare Brennan has also been appointed as Managing Consultant.

Leaving behind 16 years with Hays, Clare is referential in her specialism, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and experience in accountancy and finance recruitment. Clare will head Change Recruitment’s Glasgow based accountancy and finance team.

These newly created positions mark another milestone in an evolutionary year for Change Recruitment Group, which will see headcount grow by 20-25% across the 65-strong Group, spread between Glasgow and Edinburgh. Over the coming financial year, the business will also move its expanding Edinburgh team to new premises, launch new speciali sms and reach into new markets – all moves dictated by market upturn, and heightened demand.
