Kyle joined Change digital in January 2022 as a consultant.
Kyles main recruitment background comes from having worked in internal recruitment for a specialist digital transformation consultancy and also within a digital healthcare startup. Recruiting for a wide variety of roles within software development, Data, Project Management and many more.
Kyle has a backgroundim in HR and is CIPD qualified to the Assoc.CIPD level having been awarded a Master of Science in Human Resource Management with distinction from the University of Strathclyde in 2020.
Kyles role at change digital will see him source and recruit the best talent within digital and Tech.
Outside of work Kyle is an avid golfer, during the warm months he can usually be found at his local course playing in medal competitions or playing across Scotland in various open competitions.
