Who?

What?

This role will sit in the Commerce and Industry vertical and you would focus on supporting our clients seeking finance talent across a range of sectors (excluding financial services). The types of role in scope would be: Finance Manager, Finance Business Partner, Finance Analyst, Management Accountant and Financial Accountant.  There is sufficient movement in the qualified market and opportunities within the £35k-55k market, to enable you to build a desk (warm clients) within this area.

This particular role offers the opportunity to work alongside one of our most successful and experienced recruiters.  Change offer a unique opportunity for our recruiters to either dual desk, or to work in the area of the market they wish to excel within.

This is a varied and exciting role which can develop in a number of directions, but to start with it will be a billing role, with possible people management in the future. It will have a strong client focus, where you will develop existing relationships (group wide) and identify new opportunities as well.  It is all about striking a balance between client development and candidate acquisition, in what is, as we know a challenging marketplace.

You

To be a successful recruiter within our Commerce & Industry team you will ideally;

  • Have a proven track record in recruitment
  • Have an appetite for business development and client meetings
  • Be commercially minded and have a genuine interest in finance
  • Be driven and motivated to succeed in a fast paced and target driven environment
  • Have a first class work ethic and thrive within a team environment
  • Be IT savvy
