We have an outstanding opportunity for an Talent Sourcer to join our Commercial team.  If you are looking to start your career in the recruitment sector and have the desire to work in a fast-paced, target driven environment, spending your days connecting with candidates and clients then this could be the role for you.   You will be working alongside an experienced team of Recruitment Consultants and will have the drive, career and academic background to earn a very lucrative income doing a job you will love.  

With long standing business relationships, high fee revenue and a vision to continually develop and grow our offering and reputation in the recruitment sector, Change are looking to the future and our next generation of Recruitment Consultant.  


Our new Associate will be tasked with managing their own time to be responsive to client and candidate demands as well as being highly proactive in developing business using existing and new contacts of Change.   Using confidence and professionalism to work with both clients and candidates, you will utilise your persuasive and consultative skills to gain exclusive and lead time business for yourself and other teams around you, as well as generate quality candidates for our clients.  

You will have a strong academic and business background and will have an interest in working with clients and candidates who operate within Professional Services and be able to tell us why you want to progress your career in recruitment.  You will have outstanding communication skills and a great understanding of how recruitment businesses can benefit potential clients.  You will be based at home and also have the opportunity to work from our Glasgow and Edinbugh offices.

To succeed in the role it is essential to be a strong team player with the ability to multi-task, possess a strong work ethic, take a great deal or pride in your work, and be continually motivated to deliver a first class service.
