Hazel McCafferty

I joined change in April 2005 as Admin Support within the Finance Team.  I then progressed onto my current Payroll Administrator role, where I support the Payroll Supervisor with the daily/weekly running of our Temp Payrolls.  Our Team is a very small team and my FD and my colleagues work closely together to ensure everything runs smoothly as well as my role in the Finance Team, I also support our Consultants and assist our Clients and Candidates throughout the course of our daily/weekly schedule with any advice/queries they may have.

Why do you love what you do?

I have always enjoyed admin/typing/processing roles which I'm sure contributes to my enjoyment working within Change.

Everyone is so friendly and supportive it has always been a pleasure to work alongside so many supportive people over the years.

Socially, I enjoy visiting family and friends and dining out, as well as holidaying abroad, especially the Greek islands.
