I joined Change Digital in January 2022 as a consultant. Before then, I worked in internal recruitment for a specialist digital transformation consultancy and also within a digital healthcare startup.
My academic background is in Human Resources and I am CIPD qualified Assoc.CIPD level. This allows me to bring a people-centric focus to my recruitment strategies and I always aim to add value to every candidate or client interaction.
In my role at Change Digital, I take great pride in matching great candidates with equally great new roles. I support the wider team with their current open positions, as well as managing several of my own roles across areas such as software development, Data, Project Management and many more.
