​I joined Change Recruitment in 2018 within their existing IT Team and during my time I have progressed my career from being a Senior Consultant to Principal Consultant. My area of expertise is predominantly within Infrastructure and Cyber Security recruiting both permanent and contract technology professionals. My particular focus is working with both SME’s and Financial Services companies UK wide looking for niche skills, and helping highly skilled individuals plan their next career move.

Why do you love what you do?

I love my profession because there is nothing quite like the feeling when you match the ideal candidate with their dream job. Seeing candidate’s faces or hearing their voices when they hear the good news never gets boring! You get to go home each day knowing that you’ve made a real difference to people lives.
