Being part of a business for over 15 years I have seen our Financial Service offering evolve and grow to become one of the leading partners to a range of clients across Scotland and the UK. As recruitment has evolved to mirror the specialist needs of these clients, as has our business.
I specialise within Accountancy and Finance, placing individuals on an interim and permanent basis at recently qualified, through to Head of Department Level and have been fortunate in shaping the career of countless people, creating real relationships and respect in what we do as a client and professional sector.
Why do you love what you do?
Recruitment can have a mixed reputation when it comes to careers...I love the job that I do and lives that I’m able to change in the process.
Being honest and realistic but also respectful that I’m not, and potentially never will never be a ‘qualified accountant’, gives me the chance to have to great conversations and a laugh along the way!
