What I really enjoy about my job is the opportunity I have every day to help people transform their careers and livelihoods.  Nothing is more rewarding than actively supporting people in taking a significant step in building their careers on an international level.  In addition, I love diversity and autonomy I get in my job. We work with so many different nationalities, every person has a different story, motivations, goals, and dreams.
