Accounting & Business Advisory Senior Manager

Change are hiring for a great accounting and business advisory role with a prestigious firm, situated in the heart of either Edinburgh or Glasgow. As a Senior Manager, you will be at the forefront of steering businesses towards success, harnessing your expertise to provide unparalleled advice and strategic direction.

Role:

• Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries
• Provide exceptional business advisory services, including strategic planning, financial analysis, and performance management
• Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements and reports
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and knowledge sharing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and enhance service delivery
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying new business avenues and expanding the firm's reach

Skills & Experience:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification or equivalent
• Proven experience in a senior accounting or business advisory role
• Strong technical accounting skills and up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
