Change Public Practice are working with a leading Chartered Accountancy Practice in Aberdeen to assist them in the recruitment of a Newly Qualified Auditor for their Commercial Audit team. This role is for someone who has significant audit experience working with mid-market corporate organisations and who has previous experience of leading a team of juniors.

Responsibilities:
· You will work as part of the team, leading on-site audit teams, effectively providing a hands-on compliance and/or advisory role that exceeds client expectations
· Prepare or review work papers and drafts of the financial statements
· Allocate work to other members of the audit team, ensuring associates understand their responsibilities and have received excellent on-the-job coaching
· Produce commercial management reports, specifically drafting sections of the report to management
· Oversee all aspects of audit fieldwork and completion
 
Requirements:
· Must hold a full professional accountancy qualification i.e. ICAS / ICAEW / ACCA etc. 
· You will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience gained from a similar Public Practice environment i.e. Big 4 / Top 10 / Mid-tier practice
· Must have significant audit exposure working with mid-market corporate clients in addition to experience of being in charge of a junior audit team and worked under UK GAAP / FRS 102
· You will have experience of working on complex audits and delegating workloads accordingly
