Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Client Asset Sourcebook (CASS) audit processes
• Maintain robust compliance with FCA CASS rules
• Manage and mitigate risks associated with client assets
• Lead a team of professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Develop and implement strategic audit plans
• Liaise with senior stakeholders and provide insightful reports

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven track record in CASS audit within a financial services environment
• Strong understanding of FCA regulations and CASS rules
• Qualified accountant (CA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
