Change Recruitment Group are supporting the recruitment of a Credit Control Administrator for our client’s Edinburgh office on a full-time permanent basis. The salary for the role is 20k with core hours of 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
Joining the Credit Control team and reporting to the Credit Control Manager, you will support the efficient day-to-day running of the Credit Control function.
Assist the Credit Control Manager and Client Cash team in preparation of accounting entries regarding fee payment and cash allocation
Support the Credit Control Manager in preparation of faxes, reminder letters and memos to Partners in relation to uplift of funds from Client Ledger to enable fee settlement
Support the maintenance of the client ledger within the accounting system
Gather information from electronic files from document management system and copy information as needed
Conduct file reviews from electronic records regarding drafting reminder letters
Deliver finance related tasks as directed by Partnership Accountant, Deputy Partnership Accountant and Credit Control Manager
Support with ad-hoc office duties as required
Key skills and experience:
Credit Control experience desirable
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Effective workload management and prioritisation
Good IT skills required although full system training will be provided
High level of discretion and confidentiality adherence
