Principal Developer – Edinburgh or Glasgow – 2 days onsite PW - £75k plus benefits

Change Digital are recruiting for a forward-thinking organisation to join an established team delivering cutting edge digital solutions using the latest Microsoft technologies, including Azure. This position is a hands on lead role where you'll shape technical direction, mentor developers, and stay close to the code. • Strong experience with .NET and object oriented development
• Hands-on Azure experience in production environments
• Proven leadership in software design and delivery

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and maintenance of .NET and Azure based systems
• Drive technical decisions and guide architectural design
• Conduct code reviews and performance improvements
• Collaborate with delivery leads to enhance team processes
• Mentor and support junior team members
