Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Transaction Services Consultant, you will be responsible for:

- Conducting Financial Due Diligence and in-depth analysis to support both buy-side and sell-side transactions.

- Building and leading a high-performing team that consistently delivers exceptional service, meeting and exceeding client expectations.

- Ensuring that your engagements adhere to the firm's methodologies, professional standards, and comply with local legal and regulatory requirements.

- Taking on a leadership role by coordinating and mentoring junior team members.

- Engaging in business development activities, including establishing, promoting, and sustaining client relationships.

- Managing risk effectively by identifying and mitigating potential issues and ensuring that appropriate frameworks are implemented.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

- Strong expertise in managing buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence projects.

- Ongoing or completed qualification as a Chartered Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CPA, or equivalent).

- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to mentor and lead junior team members.

- Demonstrated leadership abilities, a commitment to meeting deadlines, and the capability to build and nurture client relationships.

- Excellent proficiency in English and basic to intermediate proficiency in German.

- A strong commitment to further improving your German language skills.
