Change Recruitment, part of the Taranata Group, is pleased to confirm the successful renewal of both Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation, reinforcing cyber security commitment.

As a recruitment and consultancy business handling significant volumes of personal and commercial data, maintaining strong cyber security controls is a core responsibility, not a one time exercise. Renewal requires us to demonstrate, year on year, that our technical safeguards remain effective and that our approach to security continues to meet recognised standards.

Cyber Essentials confirms that baseline controls are in place to protect against common cyber threats. Cyber Essentials Plus goes further, requiring independent technical testing by an accredited assessor to verify that those controls are operating effectively in real world conditions. Successfully renewing both certifications provides independent assurance that our systems continue to meet these requirements.

This renewal reflects our ongoing commitment to protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the data entrusted to us by our clients, candidates, and partners. Our approach to cyber security is based on continual review and improvement, supported by appropriate investment in people, processes, and technology.

Cyber security expectations continue to evolve, driven by regulatory requirements, client assurance needs, and the increasing sophistication of cyber threats. Maintaining recognised accreditations such as Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus is an important part of ensuring we remain aligned with those expectations and accountable for the controls we have in place.

As the Cyber Essentials scheme continues to evolve and increase the depth of its technical assurance, our zero fault renewal provides further confidence in our security baseline and supports our longer term roadmap towards ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and other recognised information security standards.
