Ewan Brown

I’ve been in recruitment 8 years, half of that agency and the other half in house. Most recently I was a Talent Acquisition Manager for a Cloud Computing Consultancy. So far my career has been mainly focussed on recruiting IT professionals but I have touched on a variety of industries/business units over the years. I joined the Public Practice team at Change because it gave me an opportunity to change specialism and develop my own skills and knowledge in an environment where I would be learning from a team of extremely talented and experienced recruiters.

Why do you love what you do?

I love what I do because I enjoy working with people and making things happen for them, be that helping a candidate get to the next step in their career or filling an important vacancy for a client.
