Iveta Bajorinaite

​I am an international recruitment consultant for Accountancy and Finance within Western Europe at Change Recruitment. I specialise in the German, Luxembourgish and Swiss markets and my major focal points are Advisory and Audit.

I have been with Team Western Europe for almost one year and a half. Previously, I worked in business development and people management for over six years for leading UK businesses which I really enjoyed; however, I fancied a new challenge where I could add value to people’s lives and assist my clients and candidates to grow and reach new career heights.

I have made four international moves in the last ten years. Therefore, I can relate to our candidates and support them with any challenges or concerns that come along their way.

Why do you love what you do?

I enjoy getting to meet new people from different backgrounds from all over the world on daily basis. Relationship building is at the core of what we do. I always take great pleasure in helping everyone I meet along my way and make sure they have an experience to remember. I make every interaction count and I take great pleasure in building long-lasting relationships with my clients and candidates. There is nothing more fulfilling than helping someone to secure an international role they always craved and helping a client who was looking for top talent.
