Accounting & Business Advisory Manager

Change are hiring for a great accounting and business advisory role with a prestigious firm. As a Manager, you will be at the forefront of steering businesses towards success, employing your expertise to provide unparalleled advice and strategic direction.

You can be based anywhere in Scotland as remote working is one of the options available within this firms flexible working policy.

Role:

• Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries
• Provide exceptional business advisory services, including strategic planning, financial analysis, and performance management
• Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements and reports
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and knowledge sharing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and enhance service delivery
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying new business avenues and expanding the firm's reach

Skills & Experience:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification or equivalent
• Proven experience in a senior accounting or business advisory role
• Strong technical accounting skills and up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
