The Role:
Our client is looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Support Manager to lead their Support function. You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality support services to both clients and internal teams, ensuring that service levels and performance targets are consistently met.

This is a leadership role where you will drive the strategy for your area and support teams, managing workflows, processes, and people in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Business Support team, providing guidance, motivation, and development opportunities.
  • Ensure delivery against agreed SLAs and KPIs for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Implement and continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to deliver solutions and resolve issues effectively.
  • Drive initiatives to support the company strategy and objectives within the Support function.
  • Foster a positive team culture in a dynamic and evolving environment.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven leadership experience in a similar support or client-focused environment.
  • Strong ability to manage teams and deliver results in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Experience in monitoring and achieving SLA and KPI targets.
  • Ability to problem-solve and implement effective solutions proactively.
