Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage due diligence engagements, financial modeling, and analysis for buy-side and sell-side transactions.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients based on thorough analysis and understanding of their business objectives.
  • Conduct detailed financial and operational reviews to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client engagements and deliver high-quality results.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
  • Actively participate in business development activities, including client meetings, proposal preparation, and networking events.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in Transaction Services, with a proven track record of managing due diligence engagements and delivering value-added insights to clients.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and distill key insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in German (B2/C1 level) is required, with the ability to conduct interviews and communicate effectively with clients in German.
  • Experience working with middle-market clients and private equities is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and build strong client relationships.
  • Proven leadership abilities, with experience in mentoring and developing junior team members.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Professional qualifications such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA are preferred.
