This role is the heart of the People Team, where you'll be the first point of contact for all things people-related, ensuring service is welcoming and professional.

Your responsibilities will include managing the HR inbox, collaborating with the team to streamline People practices, and mastering various HR procedures. Get ready to unleash your creativity as you help craft engaging communications and become the go-to person for all HR system queries. Accuracy and attention to detail will be your superpowers as you maintain data integrity and support informed decision-making.

You'll also get the chance to create and implement a fun People communication calendar, coming up with creative ways to engage our team. Plus, you'll become an expert on our People systems and ensure our data is accurate, helping us make smart decisions.

But that's not all! You'll also get hands-on experience in supporting the payroll team, ensuring everyone gets paid on time, and assisting with monitoring our team's progress. Plus, you'll be involved in coordinating background checks and liaising with auditors.
