The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Resource Coordinator to join the dynamic Accounts & Business Advisory team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth allocation of resources across a diverse portfolio of clients and projects. You’ll play a key role in workforce planning, stakeholder engagement, and team support, helping to drive operational excellence and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Resource Management & Planning
- Manage daily resource allocation across the Accounts & Business Advisory (A&BA) team.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and short-notice resourcing challenges.
- Monitor workloads, staffing levels, and booking accuracy in real time.
- Ensure alignment with budgets and allocation targets.
- Oversee leave and TOIL bookings in line with company policy.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Provide regular updates to managers and department heads on staffing and resourcing.
- Collaborate with team leads to proactively address resourcing gaps.
- Support onboarding and training of new team members to ensure consistency.
Team Support & Culture
- Foster a supportive and inclusive team environment.
- Encourage cross-office collaboration and effective communication.
- Act as a go-to resource for guidance and support within the team.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proven experience engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive problem-solver with excellent attention to detail.
- Empathetic communicator who motivates and supports others.
- Comfortable working with data and reporting tools.
Desirable
- Experience in a professional services or partnership environment.
- Willingness to travel between offices when needed.
- Experience in onboarding or training support.
