Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Corporate Communication Services: Foster relationships with media, political stakeholders, customers, and internal staff.
- Strategic Development: Develop and implement strategies to bolster their corporate image.
- Expert Communication Advice: Provide expert communication advice to management and employees.
- Primary Contact: Act as the primary contact for external media and stakeholders.
- Influence and Engagement: Influence the organisation’s image and reputation, engaging with a diverse array of stakeholders and tackling varied communication challenges.
- Public Relations Leadership: Take a leadership role in orchestrating public relations campaigns.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside cross-functional teams, including marketing, legal, and HR departments.
