Systems Accountant

Change Accountancy and Finance are partnering with a brilliant organisation based in Edinburgh for the recruitment of a newly created Systems Accountant to join their team. Supporting the enrolment of the new finance system, this role will have responsibility for maintaining and developing the system as well as supporting the end users. This is a permanent opportunity that offers great benefits including hybrid working and progression opportunities.

What you'll be doing:

• Support with the implementation of the new finance system (Agresso Unit 4)
• Working alongside the project team to ensure continuous development and improvement of the system
• Support with the data transfer from the previous ERP system
• Assisting with system upgrades and new releases
• Offering expertise and support to end users
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the financial processes
• This position will eventually take the lead as the go-to person for any system queries, reporting directly to the Finance Director

What you'll bring:

• Previous experience with Agresso desired but not essential
• Proven experience working with various ERP system
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in supporting with previous system implementation or improvements

Salary banding between £43'000 and £54'000, DOE plus fantastic benefits and hybrid working week of 2 days in the office + flexitime.
