Systems Accountant

Change Accountancy and Finance are partnering with a brilliant organisation based in Edinburgh for the recruitment of a newly created Systems Accountant to join their team. The role will include the development of systems to enhance financial analysis and modelling to aid financial planning and decision making. This is a permanent opportunity that offers great benefits including hybrid working and progression opportunities.

What you'll be doing:

• Analysing and creating reports for cashflows and bank transactions
• Improving budgeting and forecasting procedures
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes
• Assist and support with external audits
• Lead on continuous development and improvement of the system
• Ad hoc duties to support the Finance Manager and Controller

What you'll bring:

• ACCA, CIMA, CA qualified accountant with strong experience of data analysis
• Proven experience working with various ERP system
• Previous experience in commercial modelling desirable
• Excellent communication skills

Salary banding between £50'000 and £60'000, DOE plus fantastic benefits and hybrid working week.
