As the Media Lead, your responsibilities will include developing and owning the media strategy across the organisation and oversee the performance, optimisation, and development of the organisation’s media strategies. Additionally, you’ll manage a team of Senior Media Managers and Executives, defining and delivering integrated media strategies for each area.
Your key focus will be on developing and implementing our clients Owned media strategy, working closely with other business units to engage customers through owned media channels. You’ll contribute to shaping the overall media strategy, applying your specialist expertise to align it with business needs.
Key Areas of responsibility:
Marketing Execution: Responsible for developing, delivering, and optimising channel strategies.
Marketing Impact Assessment: Evaluate the impact of marketing efforts.
Data Insight and Analysis: Utilise data to inform decisions.
Marketing Campaign Development: Create effective marketing campaigns.
Client & Customer Management: Fostering strong relationships.
Innovation Culture: Drive creativity, innovation, and collaboration across business units.
Budget Planning: Develop and deliver budget plans with guidance from senior colleagues.
Stakeholder Management: Engage with relevant stakeholders.
Supplier Management: Oversee relationships with external suppliers.
External Developments: Stay informed about emerging issues and assess their relevance to the organisation.
