Trade and Transaction PMO Lead | Edinburgh | up to £60,000

The role of the T&TR PMO Lead is to support programmes within T&TR and ensure appropriate business support, governance and controls are operating and being met.

The role operates across T&TR change forums and owns and drives change governance and controls for the whole portfolio.

The PMO lead is responsible for, but not limited to the following activities:

• Responsible for managing and tracking T&TR overall progress, ensuring updates are completed across multiple programmes of work (inc. progress status, risks, issues, milestones, etc.)
• Provide data quality review and assessments across T&TR; analyse and challenge reporting and updates.
• Maintain and establish governance processes in order to ensure reporting and change requirements are met within T&TR.
• Preparation of T&TR governance forum meeting materials, perform secretariat duties and ensure decision traceability and closure / challenge of actions.
• Maintaining key portfolio governance artefacts (e.g. TOR’s, financial data, Change Framework documentation, etc.)
• Undertake specific pieces of analysis to support T&TR stakeholders as required.
• Ensure that overall for T&TR the reporting, financials and plans align with Markets Regulatory Change.

Experience:

• Previous experience of working in a PMO role
• A background, c10 years, in Financial services ideally in a Regulatory based change environment. Experience in a Global Regulatory change role in a capital markets environment would be beneficial.
• Ideally have knowledge of Trade and Transaction reporting.
• Excellent understanding of Project Management practices and Change Methodology (e.g Agile).
