Transactional Finance Manager

Change are partnering with a unique Financial Services client in Glasgow, to hire a transactional finance team leader. The role will look after elements of cash management, payment processing and bank reconciliations, leading a team in daily, weekly and monthly duties as well as coaching and development. Core to this post is team management and being confident acting as the point of escalation, ensuring distribution of duties and tasks.

• Leading a team across a range of transactional accounting duties; bank reconciliations, payment review and processing, cash management.

• Monitoring and reviewing bank accounts to ensure funding for the business

• Maintaining banking relationships with a range of external parties

• Allocation of duties and ensuring even workflow across the team

• Engagement with the business to validate requests for payment and queries as they arise

• Lead on one to one and wider staff coaching

• Responsible for the review and development of current processes and leading on changes as identified
